Keyboard keys get stuck or sticky due to inter-key cover
SYMPTOM:
When the keyboard’s inter-key cover is not fully closed, the keys may get stuck or sticky and become inoperable.

SOLUTION:
The user should fully close the inter-key cover by pushing towards the ClickPad. Between the “Ctrl” key and the “Windows” key and between “PrtSc”
key and the “Ctrl” key, there are indentions to assist in closing the cover.
When the cover is fully closed, it will be flush with the palm rest.
