TITLE:
Broken micro-USB charging port - ThinkPad Tablet 2
SYMPTOM:
The ThinkPad Tablet 2 system’s battery cannot be charged due to a broken micro-USB charging port. The rib inside the port may break if the user plugs in the micro-USB cable upside down.

SOLUTION:
Replace the micro-USB charging port with FRU number 04X0418 under the system’s warranty.
The Servicer should inform the user to pay more attention on future charging occurrences.
If the micro-USB cable is inserted correctly, the charging port should be fine.
